Chris has been involved with sports since birth. He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and bleeds Steelers black n gold. He's lived up and down the Eastern portion of the United States and now resides in Atlanta.
He has been broadcasting since March of 2011, starting out as a co-host on View from the Lone Red Seat, a weekly baseball show centered around the Boston Red Sox with partners Dave Rattigan and Bob Lazzari. Chris spent several years living in Boston and the Red Sox got in his blood and has become one of his passions.
In September of 2011 he created, produced and started hosting Thursday Night Tailgate, Where NFL Legends, Stars, Coaches and People from the Game Go To Tell Their Stories. He and Co-Host Angelo Cane and Announcer Joe Lagennusa started out with a 1 hour show with 1 guest and TNT became so popular among listeners and NFL players alike that it quickly grew into a 2 hour show with 6 guests. His baseball Co-Host Bob Lazzari has since taken over as Co-Host for Angelo Cane whose success as an artist has really taken off. Please check his great artist talent at www.angelocane.com. The show is now official partners with the NFL Alumni Association and Mike Dikta's Girdiron Greats organization. The show can be heard on the Armed Forces Sports Radio Network plus across the internet on great radio sites like iHeart Radio, Tunein, Podbean, Audioboom, Soundcloud, Spreaker, Stitcher, Player.FM, and Blog Talk Radio. The show airs live from 8:00 - 10 :00 PM Eastern Time.
Chris also has a passion for the great game of golf. He grew up idolizing Jack Nicklaus and the '86 Masters is one of his treasured sports memories. Augusta National is his favorite place on the planet. Based on the success of Thursday Night Tailgate and his passion for golf, Chris piloted Next On The Tee on April 5th 2014 in partnership with Armed Forces Radio. The show debuted with a Masters Preview edition featuring guests Gary Player, Billy Casper and Peter Kessler. Thanks to his guests, the show was an immediate success and can now be heard every Saturday morning starting at 10:00 AM Eastern Time on all the same great radio sites mentioned above. We hope you'll tune and enjoy the show.
