Chris Koske has a rich background in the game of golf. He spent several years in the marketing department at Callaway Golf and now is the Chief Marketing Officer for Edel Golf. Chris takes us through their Golf Digest Gold Award-winning putters and wedges. We hear about how far off most of us are with aiming our putters, plus their elaborate fitting process that will help us make more putts and hit our wedges much closer to the hole.

One of my all-time favorite people, Matthew Laurance, joins me in this segment. Matthew shares memories from his very first commercial, a 5-second appearance on a local Coke commercial in New York, and the pride that invoked for his father. I also ask Matthew about the incredible number of cigarettes they smoked during the filming of Eddie & the Cruisers, and how he survived that. I also get his thoughts on The Masters, Tiger's performance there, and his experience playing Harbor Town Golf Links.

Bob Ford is one of the all-time great PGA Professionals. He's been inducted into several halls of fame including the PGA Professional Hall of Fame and he was recently recognized with the Bob Jones Award for his great contributions to the game of golf. Bob was the Head Golf Professional for several decades at Oakmont Country Club in the summer and Seminole Golf Club in the winter. We hear several of his memories from both clubs plus his thoughts on the Saudi League and Arnold Palmer's final US Open appearance in 1994 which concluded on Friday afternoon while the infamous police chase was going on with OJ Simpson out in LA.

Scott McCarron talks about driving distance, what his is now versus when he first joined the PGA Tour. We also hear about the back-to-back majors they have coming up on the Champions Tour, dealing with missing 1-foot putts, and how to have a winning mindset vs. playing not to lose.

One of the all-time greats on the baseball diamond Fred Lynn joins me in this special edition of Next on the Tee.
What stands out about Fred during our conversation is his enthusiasm and optimism...and you know how much I love that. We hear about how he started out as a 4 sports star in college playing football, baseball, basketball, and running track. How he actually started his college career on a football scholarship at USC. He discusses his transition to focusing on baseball as a CF and Pitcher. Helped USC win 3 straight College Baseball World Series. He tells the story about their incredible comeback down 7-0 in the bottom of the 9th to the University of Minnesota, who had Dave Winfield on the mound, and winning 8-7. We also hear about the 1975 World Series, the Red Sox trading him to the Angels, teaching himself how to play golf, the fun he had playing golf with Jim Rice, and the plea to his old college football teammate Lynn Swann to get him on at Augusta National.
Fred was so much fun to talk to. I hope you enjoy this segment as much as I did.

John Patrick has covered The Masters Tournament for 38 years now. He shares his thoughts on what we saw at this year's tournament, plus the impact of lengthening holes 11, 15, and 18, why Augusta National bought the land behind the 13th tee from neighboring August Country Club but haven't moved the tee back, and why players insist on going for the flag on 12 during the final round and usually coming up wet.

John then shares stories from his first Masters appearance when he was the reigning US Amateur Champion. He talks about when his invitation arrived in the mail, his first drive up Magnolia Lane, and what it was like staying in the Crow's Nest. We also hear about his near-victory in the 1990 Las Vegas Invitational when his shot from 95 yards flew into the cup and then bounced out taking him from birdie to bogey to lose.
