Dennis Cone - Dennis talked about the work he's doing to help bring back caddy programs at courses across the country. He also talked about the caddy's role in keep his/her player in a positive frame of mind, his memories of playing Augusta National and his memories of fellow Hall of Fame Caddy Tom Dreesen.
Avery & Ivan Zweig - Avery is a 10 year old golfing phenom. She talked about the work she's doing to help raise money to fight pediatric cancer through her Win Green Campaign (www.wingreencampaign.com). She also talked about her goal of trying to qualify for the US Open this year, what it's like moving up to play in the 11-12 age bracket and as high as the 18 and under bracket. She shared what she does in order to not get intimidated playing against girls who are much older and bigger than she is. We also talked a bit about her equipment, her upcoming schedule and who her players are.

On this episode of Next on the Tee my guests are: Champions Tour Pro Donnie Hammond and Comedian/Actor Tom Dreesen.
Donnie Hammond - Donnie talked about this year's Arnold Palmer Invitational, what the mood of the event is with this being the first year since we lost Mr. Palmer. He also talked about the condition of the course and why it is that some of the big named players skip this event every year. He also shared stories from his first time playing in the Masters in 1986, the practice 9 holes he player with Arnold that year and the deceiving topography of Augusta National.
Tom Dreesen - Tom shared what it was like going out on stage the first time he as on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson. He also talked about the celebrities and athletes he's gotten to play golf with over the years at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-AM, at the Bob Hope Desert Classic. He shared with players surprised him with how good they are and which ones were a danger to the fans. He talked about being a caddie at age 10 and recently being inducted into the Caddie Hall of Fame. You'll hear those stories and so many more...

On this edition of Next on the Tee my guests are: former NHL star, mutiple time winner on the Celebrity Tour and PGA Tour Caddie, Dan Quinn plus LPGA Top 50 Instructor and founder of Golf Positive, Debbie O'Connell.
Dan - Dan and I talked at length about his experience caddying for Ernie Els at the 2010 Masters. Dan shared stories about how caddies are treated at Augusta National, what it's like wearing all the white caddy jump suit, what it's like carrying a 40 pound golf bag up and down the different elevation changes of the course plus his conversation with Ernie Els last year following Ernie's 6 putt on the first hole of the tournament. Dan also talked about his love for Shinnecock Hills and his thoughts whether the Pittsburgh Penguins can repeat as Stanley Cup Champions.
Debbie O'Connell - Dabbie shared her tips for helping to improve our mental approach. She gave tips for how to flip our negative self-talk into empowering words, how we need to strive for progress not perfection, how to deal with pressure situations like when we face a long shot over water, and how to hit more consistently good shots by creating a one piece take away and backswing. On this edition of Next on the Tee with Chris Mascaro my guests are: PGA Pro and Golf Course Designer Bill Bergin and 2003 PGA Champion Shaun Micheel.
Bill Bergin - Bill played his college golf at Auburn and led them to the 1981 SEC Championship. He shared stories of playing against some of the game's best when they were in college, his experience playing in the 1980 US Open and 1984 Open Championship. He also talked about some of the great courses he's designed around the country plus some historic course renovations he's currently working on.
Shaun Micheel - Shaun is going to be the Lead Analyst for the BBC at this year's Masters Tournament. He talked about that role and how he's preparing for his first broadcasting role. We also talked about golf equipment technology advances and his thoughts around it in general and how he's dealing with it with his own game.

Andy Traynor - Andy and I talked about the data we get from Trackman about our swings including what launch angle and spin we should be looking for. We also talked ways we can more accurately read putts.
Sue Wieger - Sue and I talked in depth about the mental side of the game and gave us many tips for how to get so much more out of the game by improving our thought process. She talked about getting away from the negative we talk we do to ourselves after we need a not so good shot. She shared ways to stop negative thoughts from creeping into our minds when we face shot surrounded by hazards. She also talked about how important it is to understand WHY you play golf and being true to your WHY.

On this episode of Next on the Tee my guests are: Head PGA Professional at Lebanon Country Club, Chris Sheehan and the Director of Golf at the Hammock Beach Resort, Brad Hauer.
Chris Sheehan - Chris recently became the Head PGA Professional at Lebanon Country Club up in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Lebanon is a private club established back in 1920. Chris gave us an overview of the course and the club, plus he shared stories from his time at Oak Hill, how we can aid our golf swings over the winter, and he weighed in on whether technology has gone too far now that we're seeing 59 shot more frequently.
Brad Hauer - Brad is the Dirctor of Golf at the Hammock Beach Resort which is a spectacular place set alongside the Atlantic Ocean in Daytona Beach, Florida. We talked about their 2 golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus and Tom Watson. He walked us around the courses plus shared stories from his journey in the game of golf starting with his father putting the first golf club in his hands, to caddying for Jack Nicklaus in a practice round at the Greater Milwaukee Open to playing his college golf at Edison Junior College and Southeastern Louisiana and finally to teaching at Hammock Beach.

On this episode of Next on the Tee my guests are: PGA Tour Legend and the winner of the 1964 PGA Championship, Bobby Nichols and Top 100 Instructor Eric Johnson.
Bobby Nichols - Bobby shared stories about starting out as a caddie at age 9 and caddying for baseball Hall of Famer Pee Wee Reece. He also shared stories about playing with legends like Ben Hogan and the betting games they played. He also talked about winning the 1964 PGA Championship over Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer, how his winner's share at the '64 PGA Championship is 1% of what the winner gets today his second life in golf on the Senior Tour and what it was like to be recognized as a hometown hero in Louisville during the 2014 PGA Championship.
Eric Johnson - Eric and I talked his time playing college golf at Mississippi State, the increased frequency with which players are threatening 59, and the incredible resort he teaches at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort. We also discussed whether Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy and Jason Day are too fit, and swinging too fast causing their back, knee and rib injuries and how get in the right frame of mind when we're dealing with adversity out on the golf course.

On this episode of Next on the Tee my guests are: World Golf Hall of Famer David Graham and PGA Tour Pro and Sirius/XM PGA Channel Broadcaster Paul Stankowski.
David Graham - I talked with David about his induction in the World Golf Hall of Fame, the Australian Sports Hall of Fame and his major victories at the 1979 PGA Championship and the 1981 US Open. We also discussed the swing change he made in order to be successful playing in the US, how he was able to be mentally tough in the '79 PGA Championship after double bogeying the last hole to fall back into a playoff against Ben Crenshaw and ultimately comebacking to win. He also talked about battling back from congestive heart failure in 2004.
Paul Stankowski - Paul talked about his win at the 1997 Hawaiian Open in a playoff over Jim Furyk and now broadcasting from that event. He also shared his thoughts on Justin Thomas' success, young players like Rory McIlroy and Jason Day dealing with back injuries plus we talked a little football too...

On this edition of Next on the Tee my guests are Golf Instructor and Author of the book, "Golf Is My Life" Jon Decker and the Voice of Golf, Peter Kessler. 
Jon Decker - Jon was a Golf Instructor at New Albany Country Club in New Albany, Ohio and at the Grand Cypress Academy of Golf for a combined 30 years. He's written a new book titled, "Golf Is My Life, Glorifying Gold Through the Game." Jon walked us through his life experiences starting with is birth in Augusta, Georgia and coming from a military family. His father, Sammy Decker, played college football at Wake Forest, in the same backfield with Brian Piccolo, and later volunteered for the Army. Jon talked his first visit to Augusta National, working with Scioto Director of Golf Bill Stines, and all of the golf legends, like Seve Ballersteros, he got to be around while he was at the Grand Cypress.
Peter Kessler - Peter shared his thoughts on the PGA Tour's wrap around season, his conversations with Gene Sarazen and Gary Player, his expectations for Tiger Woods this year and Jordan Spieth when he returns to the Masters.

Kathleen O'Dell - Kathleen is a 3 time National Champion Goal Keeper for the University of North Carolina Women's Soccer team. She's also an avid golfer and currently Territory Director of Sporting Goods on the East Coast for Nike. I talked with Kathleen about her experiences winning National Championships in the mid 1980's at North Carolina. She shared stories from her time on campus including winning national championships at a time when the North Carolina men's basketball team was winning championships with guys like Michael Jordan, Sam Perkins, Brad Daugherty and Kenny Smith. We also talked about what's going on with Nike golf, some of the people she's had a chance to play golf with and her favorite golf courses.
Cindy Miller - Cindy talked about playing on the LPGA Legends Tour, competing in the LPGA Legends Championship at the French Lick Resort, her new non-profit organization called "Pursue Your It", how to improve your mental approach in life and on the course and what it was like being inducted into the Greater Buffalo Sports Hall of Fame.

Lisa Longball - Lisa shared her great stories including her experience playing St. Andrews with her father and the emotions involved with that being able to play there and cross the Swilken Bridge with her father. Olin Browne - Olin shared that he never played golf until his freshman year in college and then became a 2 time All-Confernce player his Sophomore year. He also shared stories from winning the 1991 Bakersfield Open with his father caddying for him, winning the 1998 Hartford Open by chipping in from 40 feet to win in a playoff, what it was like playing at August National and much more.

Matthew Laurance - You know Matthew from great 80's movies like Eddie and the Cruisers, Streets of Fire, and St. Elmo's Fire. Matthew was also a part of the cast for the 6th season of Saturday Night Live and TV series like Duet, Beverly Hills 90210 and Thirty Something. Afer leaving Hollywood Matthew became a broadcaster doing Duke basketball games for 10 years before moving to Lexington and joining ESPN Radio. You can hear him now doing the Pre and Post game shows for Kentucky Basketball, hosting an evening drive time show on WLXG ESPN Radio AM 1300 as well as hosting his own golf show on Sunday mornings called Back Spin Golf. Today Matthew shared stories from the celebrity golf events he played in like Peter Jacobsen's Tournament the Fred Meyer Challenge, he let us know which celebrities were great players and which ones were hackers, plus he shared his memories of Arnold Palmer and so much more...
Chris Czaja - Chris was named PGA Teacher of the Year for the South Florida section of the PGA of America. Chris shared drills we can do this winter to keep the rust off of our golf swings plus improve our putting strokes. He also talked playing in the Tico Torres (Drummer for Bon Jovi) Classic to benefit Connect Warriors, an organization dedicated to improving the well-being of our Veterans.
